Q: Do I have to buy the tracker separately?
No. On the professional contract plans shown here, the tracker is included and there is no separate hardware purchase.
Q: Are there any setup fees or activation charges?
There are no separate setup, activation or installation charges on these plans. The minimum term, and what applies if you leave during it, are set out in your agreement before you sign.
Q: What about the SIM card and data — is that extra?
SIM connectivity and data are included for the contract duration. There is no separate SIM charge or customer data top-up.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my contract early?
The minimum term, and the terms for ending a plan early, are set out in full in your agreement — you see it before you sign anything. Ask us and we will talk you through them.
Q: Why are some competitors cheaper per month?
A monthly headline is only comparable when the hardware, installation, data, minimum term, VAT and any setup charges are compared on the same basis. Our term totals are shown in full below.
