Early Termination Policy
We understand circumstances change. If you need to cancel your contract early:
Early Termination Fee: £150 OR remaining contract balance, whichever is LOWER
Examples:
- Cancel after 6 months of 2-year contract (18 months remaining × £8.99 = £161.82) → Pay £150 (the lower amount)
- Cancel after 20 months of 2-year contract (4 months remaining × £8.99 = £35.96) → Pay £35.96 (the lower amount)
- Cancel after 24 months (contract complete) → £0 fee, just give 30 days notice
This policy protects both parties fairly while covering our hardware and installation costs.

Q: Do I have to buy the tracker separately?
No! Unlike many competitors who advertise £4.99/month but make you buy a £50-100 tracker separately, our prices include everything. The tracker cost is spread over your contract — no separate purchase needed.
Q: Are there any setup fees or activation charges?
Absolutely not. What you see is what you pay. No setup fees, no activation fees, no installation fees, no cancellation fees beyond our transparent early termination policy.
Q: What about the SIM card and data — is that extra?
Nope, included! All plans include unlimited data for the entire contract length. No separate SIM charges, no data top-ups needed.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my contract early?
We understand circumstances change. Our early termination fee is £150 OR your remaining contract balance, whichever is lower. For example, if you cancel a 2-year contract after 18 months with 6 months remaining (6 × £8.99 = £53.94), you'd only pay £53.94. If you cancel after just 3 months (21 months remaining = £188.79), you'd pay £150 (the capped maximum). This protects our hardware investment while being fair to you.
Q: Why are some competitors cheaper per month?
They're often not! Many advertise £4.99/month but then charge £50-100 for the tracker (upfront), £60+ for installation, and setup/activation fees. Total Year 1 cost: £150-250+. Our Base plan at £8.99/month for 2 years = £215.76 total with professional installation included. Their £4.99/month = £120 over 2 years + £100 tracker + £60 install = £280 minimum... plus you had to install it yourself! We're actually better value for a professional service.
Q: What's the catch?
There isn't one. We believe in transparent pricing. We'd rather be honest upfront than surprise you with hidden fees later. What you see on this page is what you pay. If you find ANY hidden cost we didn't tell you about upfront, we'll refund your money. That's our promise.
